Motivation is the foundation of all consumer behavior. For a person interested in a product or service must be motivated for consumption or use thereof. Motivation is a psychological force that drives people to achieve a particular goal, but that force is not spontaneous, but arises from the personal needs and desires transformation.
The needs are feelings of physical or mental deficiency common to all human beings and certain cultural and psychological factors.
We could say that customer rather than product demand satisfactions of needs, Which must consider the customer as we find out their needs to provide products that, satisfy them.
The knowledge of human needs is very important to pay attention to customer satisfaction oriented the same, as customers when they demand a particular product are seeking satisfactions of their needs.
The needs are the source of motivation; these needs change depending on the physical and psychological assessment of people and are never completely satisfied. When certain needs are met, new ones tend to occur. The needs are individual and, therefore, vary between individuals and are closely linked to socio-cultural aspects.
