Passport Visa International has Suspended from their Network Credit CardIf you’ve never heard of passport, which is at least apparently much less prevalent in PayPal for online transactions, it must be said that the company that manages this system of electronic payments, which has existed for years and which is connected to a bank Caribbean ( St.Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank) while offering advanced services such as a Visa virtual and a physical credit card for many years (certainly long before PayPal launch a rechargeable credit card in our country, example) is not that the other had a reputation for its crystal clear.

Passport was often used to make transactions even perfectly legal from the standpoint of the laws of individual countries, but not allowed by most popular PayPal. For example, access to adult sites and casinos, or receive any proceeds from such sites (think of webmasters, content providers and user-generated online players).

From September 2, 2010, passport Visa International has suspended from their network of credit cards.

While the existing funds are in place, second if you had money on a passport account this is effectively blocked: stop transfers between “e-wallet” and a Visa card, without withdrawals with the card, as it is suspended the issuance of new cards.

KrebsOnSecurity The blog, written by Brian Krebs, also mentions the release of the founder of passport, Christopher Malice, and suggests that it is playing by new rules and stricter anti-money laundering (Credit Card Act of 2009) in terms of prepaid cards.
