Ingrid Callot and her Organic Food Treats for Children

Aside from home improvement, Ingrid Callot is also giving a list of healthy recipes for children. Since she is already a mother, Ingrid Callot knows how to pamper his child with the different kinds of nutritious foods.

Among her suggested recipes are Baked Potato Skins, Roasted Vegetable Casserole, Potato Herb Salad and Organic Almond-Crusted Chicken Fingers. These foods are healthy since potatoes and chicken both help in the development of bones and muscles of children. Baked Potato Skins is a delicious vegetable food made up from russet potatoes, celery, cucumber, mushroom, chives, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and sour cream.  This recipe is done by baking the russet potatoes for several minutes while the other ingredients are mixed and served as the potato salad.

Ingrid Callot also shared that Roasted Vegetable Casserole is a healthy recipe because of high beta carotene and protein content. Aside from this, this recipe also contains high levels of antioxidants that are proven to be effective against several diseases. Making eight servings, this recipe has several ingredients such as sweet potatoes, carrots, leeks, thyme, basil, butter, lemon juice, parsley, and chicken stock. This recipe is done by baking all of its ingredients for an hour. It is included in her list of nutritious recipes because the herbs and spices are rich in calories but decrease the amount of salt, fat, and sugar without removing the flavor of the food. Additionally, these herbs and spices have also compounds that prevent body inflammation and reduce the risk of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer.

On the other hand, Ingrid Callot pointed out that Potato Herb Salad is also a nutritious food for the family but is easy to prepare. Potato Herb Salad is cooked with several ingredients such as potatoes, Dijon mustard, fresh tarragon, parsley, and red onions. This recipe is prepared by boiling the potatoes while the rest of the ingredients are made into a dressing. As a vegetable dish, this recipe is also healthy for the reason that it contains plant compounds like Polyphenols.

Organic Almond-Crusted Chicken Fingers is also recommended by Ingrid Callot to many mothers because of its high protein levels. This dish is an organic chicken tender with several ingredients like chicken breast, almonds, wheat flour, egg whites, pepper, olive oil, and salt. Like the other previous dishes, this recipe is also cooked in the oven.
