Failure in business is a topic that is always there to accompany us and no matter how great ideas are our business, there is always a possibility that we are wrong if we do things right.

While business failure can be seen as an opportunity to learn and do better the truth is that we must always happen and we have to qualify them as best as possible.

I just heard a very interesting podcast from a professor at the Wharton business school which says for example that there are three important things that every business idea that must be taken into account when casting to conquer the market.

The three key aspects:

1. Position
2. Target Market
3. Price

business ideas to remember about such elements posicioniento want to be seen by potential customers and thus the position in certain niche markets. I want to be seen as a luxury brand, as a technology company, as a busy signal, etc.

The second element is to know exactly what my target market is clearly dependent on the position I want to accomplish. If you pretend to be a company that is positioned in the business of technology might target young me if my product is for them or who knows maybe they are young professionals.

The third element is the price. Our prices should be appropriate for our target market; you’ll see how much people are willing to pay for your product or service our business idea and need to analyze the competition.

I look very illustrative of the three elements, anyone who has a business idea should always do this analysis you want to avoid failure and have a long term profitable business.
